The winners of the inaugural 2026 Global Branded Residence Awards have been announced, recognising outstanding projects, people, partners and innovation from across the international branded residence industry.
The inaugural Global Branded Residence Awards ceremony was broadcast virtually on Friday 2 October 2026 and hosted by Boutique Hotel News editor Eloise Hanson alongside International Hospitality Media CEO Piers Brown.
Twelve awards were judged independently by experts working across the industry, three were voted for by readers of Boutique Hotel News, and the World's Best Branded Residence award was decided by the BHN team.
