Bill Barnett’s life passion can best be summed up as hotels and travel. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Asia-based C9 Hotelworks and is considered a globally recognized hospitality, tourism, and real estate advisor. With over 39 years’ experience in the Asia Pacific region, he has an extensive background in hotel operations, development, and asset management. His career highlights include Senior Corporate roles at international hotel chains and publicly-listed companies. Bill is considered to be one of the foremost industry experts in the branded residences sector.

As an entrepreneur, Bill has developed successful residential projects in Thailand and is actively involved in multiple technology start-ups in PropTech and an online marketplace. In addition to being a leading consultant, he is a sought-after speaker at industry events and conferences. To date, Bill is the author of four books on travel, property, and hotels under the titles of Slave to the Bean, Collective Swag, It Might Get Weird and Last Call.  He is the Founding Advisor of the Phuket Hotels Association and leads Asia’s preeminent annual sustainability event PHIST (Phuket Hotels Islands Sustaining Technology)

Christophe has over 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality development and branded residences. A former Chief Development Officer of Kempinski Hotels, he pioneered branded residence strategies across Europe, the Middle East and beyond. He also managed a €4 billion real estate portfolio at Credit Suisse. He now leads StrategHos, an independent strategic hospitality consulting firm advising brands, developers and institutional investors.

Helena Amaral Neto, founder and mentor of LUXULTING, combines business and finance experience with luxury branding expertise. With deep expertise in brand alignment, buyer behaviour and international sales strategy, Jenny advises luxury brands and developers on creating commercially successful residential offerings. She brings a global, brand-led perspective to her role as a judge for the Global Branded Residences Awards.

Whether it be working with experienced Manhattan buyers and sellers or foreign investors purchasing in NYC for the first time, Eleonora makes the real estate process seamless and efficient with her hard work and ingenuity. I offer a full-circle approach to every deal, and am involved with my clients for the long haul in building their real estate  portfolios,” she says. She serves as Vice President on the board of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association and has founded the highly acclaimed Mentoring Program for NYC High School students.

In 2022 Netflix reached out to Eleonora to develop and produce ‘Selling the City’ which premiered in 2025 an unscripted series that follows her coaching newer agents through the cut throat world of NYC Real Estate.
